The annual family camping trip for 2006 was held at Bemidji State Park (on Lake Bemidji) in northern Minnesota. The park is absolutely beautiful, with miles and miles of biking trails and lots of wildlife. This park is also fairly close to Lake Itasca, which is the headwaters for the Mississippi River, so of course we just had to make a stop there on our way home.
